Our Trainer Our Trainer has operated as an expert witness in matters before the Local, District, Land and Environment and Supreme courts of NSW as well as before tribunals and arbitration hearings in the fields of Architecture, Architectural Practice, Professional Indemnity (Architectural) Building Construction, Town Planning, and Strata Title matters. He is a sole practitioner. He maintains a high level of awareness of the professional, legal and technical matters affecting the Construction Industry through his continuing involvement in the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA), the Master Builders Association (MBA), IAMA and LEADR, and through both professional and academic continuing education
