Our Trainer is a seasoned, senior management insurance professional coupled with 15 plus years’ experience within claims of motor & non-motor, customer service, underwriting, operations and training primarily in the MENA region and in Canada. His extensive experience has seen him perform roles in unique capacities and challenging environments, where he has excelled and accumulated credentials such as acquiring and retaining ISO 9001 – 2008 certification in the areas of claims for his company. He has also won the prestigious Dubai Quality Appreciation Award for his company and has been very instrumental in process automation / online customer centred solutions.

Furthermore, he has made a positive impact wherever he had worked including yet not limited to renowned Takaful & conventional insurance companies in the GCC and Desjardins – Canada’s leading insurer, helping in enhancing these organizations’ success, while achieving many milestones along the way, which include setting benchmarks such as the outstanding achievement of implementing Six Sigma in the area of claims, training and developing employees, streamlining and automating the salvage disposal process and striking economical deals with the agencies / garages resulting in an unprecedented 15% overall reduction in average motor claims cost in multiple organizations’ history.

Our Trainer has achieved commendable results by utilizing his unique and international skill set in improving processes to beyond acceptable levels and continues to contribute towards the growth of the organizations he has worked for by constantly utilizing his skills and expertise in the areas of claims, underwriting, training and customer service. He currently heads the Motor Claims Dept. of a renowned Takaful Company of the UAE as a Senior Manager.
