Our Trainer is an accomplished reinsurance professional having been a general counsel, chief legal officer, chief claims officer and chief executive officer with leading international reinsurers.  He brings over 30 years of hands-on experience drafting and negotiating reinsurance contracts.  In response to the 9/11 World Trade Center attack, he formed the Contract Drafting & Support Unit at Swiss Re which led to contract certainty becoming a priority for the industry.  His pragmatic approach to contract negotiation and ‘win-win’ philosophy has produced best-in-class results for reinsurers and cedents alike.
